When you contact us
If you call, email or use the quote form, you choose what information to send. This may include your name, phone number, job details, photos and collection or delivery addresses.
The WhatsApp quote form
The form on this site does not save your answers in a website database. It creates a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. Your information is only sent when you choose to send that message. WhatsApp then handles that information under its own privacy terms.
How we use your information
We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and complete the work, keep appropriate business records and respond to questions about a job.
Who receives it
We do not sell your information. We only share information where it is necessary to provide the service, meet a legal requirement or use a service you have chosen, such as WhatsApp or email.
Google Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. Google Analytics is blocked unless you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
If accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and produce aggregated usage reports. You can withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the website.
Consent preference
We store your accept or reject choice in your browser’s local storage under moveit_analytics_consent. This is necessary to remember your preference and does not track your browsing.
Vercel Web Analytics
We also use Vercel Web Analytics for basic site measurement. It is designed without cookies and does not create a profile that identifies you across websites.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Email moveitpetersfield@gmail.com.
